Our bagels are delivered fresh every morning, then split and toasted to order. Plain, everything, sesame or cinnamon raisin, with the egg cooked while you wait and the cheese melted onto it under the lid.
The New Jersey breakfast, and we are not going to pretend it is anything else. Sliced pork roll with the edges scored so it crisps at the rim and stays tender in the middle, a fried egg, and American cheese melted over the top. Ask for it on a kaiser roll if you want it the way most people round here order it.
